A big shout out to Sandi for her above and beyond assistance. My Pentair pool pump was making the signs of bearing failure and the nights were starting to freeze in 2 days. Sandi was able to save the day by finding an unused compatible pool pump when they installed pools. While I probably could install the pool pump, I didn’t want to risk of getting something wrong since the freeze was coming and I needed the water moving. Sandi went above and beyond and found an employee close to my house that was willing to come out and do the install on the weekend at my cost. Thank you Sandi and Lou - you’re lifesavers
Tropical installed my Bullfrog hot tub and did an excellent job. Their crew was very professional and were great at explaining the features upon delivery. We love our Bullfrog and use it every day sometimes twice a day. The hydrotherapy massage is the best I have ever had in a spa. I will never buy anything else. HIGHLY recommend.
If you want a new Spa call JoAnn over at Tropical Spas. She is the best. This is my second hot tub from them. I love both their store and of course I'm a fan of Bullfrog Spas as well. I get in mine almost everyday. If I could put it at the foot of my bed and just fall into it in the morning I would and sitting out in it at night with a full moon and the stars is a dream. The jet packs are awesome. The purchase process was super easy, delivery and installation was a piece of cake and their support learning how to take care of it is great. Highly recommend these guys.
